Hello there! As a certified Health Coach from IIN, my main focus is to empower women to restore their health through natural nutrition and holistic lifestyle practices.
My goal is to equip you with the tools, resources, and support necessary to reach your health objectives and thrive. Whether you're struggling with a particular health issue or aiming to enhance your overall wellness, I am here to lend a hand.
I offer a range of services, including personalized coaching, educational materials, and community support. My approach is customized to your unique needs and goals, ensuring that you receive the best possible care.
Additionally, I specialize in helping mothers of children with eczema by providing tailored nutritional plans that promote healing without medication.
Aside from coaching, I manage my professional duties while still enjoying quality family time with my seven-year-old son, Nam.
My daily responsibilities include conducting consultations with clients, creating content, producing videos, developing educational materials, and addressing queries from my students.
In my free time, I love to unwind with a good book or reconnect with nature.
